Welcome to the Zdravets Conference & SPA hotel and our entire team will make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In order to enjoy your stay and have unforgettable moments, please allow us to inform you about the service and facilities in our hotel.

The whole hotel is a NON-SMOKING hotel and we have designated areas where you are allowed to smoke and still enjoy the services provided in the hotel. Each team member will help you find and use the designated areas for this purpose. We would like to thank you for your understanding regarding all other guests and the regulations in our hotel.

We have designed, furnished and developed our hotel as a traditional 4-star hotel and we kindly remind you that by this we mean both the appearance in the hotel and the correct dress code in the public areas of the hotel. We trust you understand that bathrobe, flip flops or inappropriate towel, swimwear/bathing suits are not accepted in the restaurant, bars and lobby area. During dinner, we would like to advise you to go for a “sporty-chic style, not in a tracksuit”.

The SPA area and the pool are places where you will enjoy the calm, relaxing and joyful atmosphere. In view of the health of our children, yours and others, we kindly inform you that the consumption of food and alcohol is prohibited at the pool, or the premises and treatment rooms in our SPA center. We offer small pre-packaged snacks and soft drinks, but all other food and drinks are only consumed in designated areas or in your room.

Our team in the kitchen and restaurant have made every effort to create the right and of course wonderful menus and are eager to serve you at any time. You will understand that any food that is ordered or brought by you is against the hotel team and efforts. Therefore, we ask that you DO NOT bring or order food from outside, as this is against the respect and assistance we would like to provide you, especially during your stay.

In case you have brought your pet, rest assured that we also take care of them and will treat them as our guest. You understand that at any pool, spa or in-house restaurant, we will have restrictions on accepting them due to consideration for other guests, hygiene and busy working hours where animals can become stressed and act out of control.

We would like to thank you for complying with our internal standards and regulations and we believe that during your stay in other countries and nations, you were also familiar with these requirements and hotel standards, so it is nothing new or extraordinary.

Especially in these turbulent and daily changing times, always with the still existing pandemic, we appreciate your understanding and above all your support.
